Social Media Executive

Bays International is actively looking for a creative Social Media Executive to join our team and help build and grow our online presence:

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

· Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

· Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.

· Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, hashtags, mentions, platform updates and overall audience engagement.

· Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

· Support social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising initiatives.

Requirements

· 2–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of major social media platforms.

· Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

· Knowledge of Canva and basic content creation tools is a plus.
