We need someone to own our clients' social growth. We don't care about vanity metrics, we care about moving real numbers. You should be just as comfortable editing a TikTok as you are scaling a Google PMax campaign.

The Role

• Organic: Own strategy and calendars for TikTok, IG, FB, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Content: Write hooks and edit short-form video (Reels/TikToks) independently.
• Paid: Plan and scale ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Speed: Spot a trend and turn it into a content brief within 48 hours.
• Data: Weekly reporting on CPA and ROI. If it’s not working, pivot fast.

About You

• Self-Managed: You can run a brand end-to-end without daily hand-holding.
• Full-Stack: You handle the creative (copy/video) and the technical (Ads Manager).
• Current: You actually know what’s working on 2026 algorithms.
• Proactive: You treat every client’s budget like it’s your own money.
