Social Media Marketer

Pixcile Digital is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer with mandatory GCC market experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate must understand GCC audience behavior, regional social media trends, Arabic/English content preferences, and how businesses in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market use digital platforms to generate awareness, engagement, and leads.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content plans for GCC audiences
• Create engaging captions, post ideas, reel concepts, and campaign angles
• Manage daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms
• Research GCC trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience behavior
• Work with designers and video editors to create scroll-stopping content
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Plan and support basic paid social media campaigns when required
• Track performance and prepare simple reports
• Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• GCC market experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia and GCC social media trends
• Experience creating content for GCC-based brands or audiences
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Strong content writing and caption writing skills
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into creative content ideas
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Arabic and English communication skills are strongly preferred
• Experience working with digital agencies or service-based businesses
• Basic knowledge of paid ads, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting
• Experience with Canva, scheduling tools, or social media management tools
• Understanding of branding, lead generation, reels strategy, and performance marketing
• Knowledge of Saudi business culture and local consumer behavior is a plus
