We manage marketing campaigns for restaurant clients across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

We are now hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of client campaigns as well as help grow our own agency brand.

What You Will DoClient Marketing (Primary Role)

• Manage social media accounts for restaurant clients
• Create content calendars and posting schedules
• Run Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
• Manage Google Ads campaigns for local restaurants
• Support TikTok content and ad strategy
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns
• Report results to internal team and clients

Agency Growth (Grub Media Brand)

• Manage Grub Media’s social media presence
• Create content showcasing client results and case studies
• Post educational content for restaurant owners
• Help generate inbound leads through social media
• Support brand growth and visibility

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience running Google Ads campaigns
• Understanding of TikTok content and trends
• Strong written English communication
• Ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable working remotely

• Agency experience
• Restaurant/hospitality marketing experience
• Canva or basic design skills
• Video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Lead generation experience
