Software Field Sales Specialist

We are hiring a Software Sales Executive in Karachi for field-based sales of ERP and POS solutions, with a focus on generating leads, managing clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits across Karachi to identify and approach potential business clients.
• Generate leads and independently manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to client meetings, negotiations, and final deal closure.
• Sell ERP and other software solutions to businesses.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convince clients to purchase.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and take ownership of converting leads into paying customers.
• Manage client relationships throughout the sales process until the deal is successfully closed.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, field visits, follow-ups, pipeline, and closed deals.
• Submit mandatory daily sales reports to management and provide regular updates on sales progress.

Essential Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in software sales, ERP sales, IT sales, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle and close deals.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Confidence in approaching businesses and dealing directly with decision-makers.
• Willingness to conduct daily field visits across Karachi.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with remote reporting.

Important

This is a field-based software sales role. The candidate must be capable of handling the entire sales process independently, from generating leads to successfully closing sales, while meeting assigned targets and submitting daily reports to management.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
