Store Supervisor

Nutropia, a fast-growing premium fresh produce company, is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth handling of fresh inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, packaging and reporting.
• Maintain quality control and ensure freshness of all products.
• Supervise store staff and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the head office for restocking and reporting.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Store Management operations and/ or food supply management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Passion for quality food and customer service.
