Summary:

As a Remote Hiring Coordinator, you will support recruitment operations by managing scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple roles and time zones
  • Communicate interview details, updates, and next steps to candidates
  • Track candidate progress through each stage of the hiring pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS systems
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks
  • Monitor scheduling efficiency and reduce delays in the hiring process
  • Assist with reporting and recruitment data tracking
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience


 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and ATS systems preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
