We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels for proactive candidate sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with internal teams for workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT or tech-based industries.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
