MEP Shift Incharge

· Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) during the assigned shift

· Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure optimal system performance and quick issue resolution

· Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system testing to ensure equipment efficiency

· Identify and resolve faults, breakdowns, and performance issues promptly
Ensure all maintenance activities are logged accurately in the maintenance management system

· Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and equipment servicing

· Monitor energy consumption, water usage, and other utilities to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

· Ensure spare parts inventory is maintained to minimize downtime

· Support emergency response plans, ensuring swift action during power failures, leaks, or system malfunctions

· Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and performance

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies

· Prepare detailed shift reports and handover notes for seamless communication between shifts
