Teacher

A combination of Kindergarten education, experience, and specific skills, including a high school diploma or equivalent, childcare experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school Diploma or Degree (14 Years of Education) is usually the minimum requirement.
• Childcare Experience: At least one to two years of relevant experience ECE (Early Childhood Education)
• Relevant Training or Certification: Montessori & Jolly Phonics Certification,

Excellent knowledge of child development.

Skills and Qualities:

• Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting with children, parents, and other staff members. 

• Patience and Empathy:

Daycare teachers need to be patient and understanding when dealing with children's behaviors and needs. 

• Creativity and Innovation:

Being able to create engaging and stimulating activities is essential for keeping children entertained and engaged. 

• Conflict Resolution Skills:

Knowing how to resolve conflicts peacefully and effectively is important in a daycare setting. 

• First Aid and CPR Certification:

Having these certifications can be a significant asset.
