Technical Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Roles:

Technical Understanding of Products: Develop a strong technical understanding of our products, systems, and their applications in various civil engineering scenarios.

Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess project conditions, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Capable of Proposing Waterproofing Systems: Review construction drawings, BOQs, and site specifications to propose suitable waterproofing and protective systems.

Working on Technical Proposals: Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and system recommendations tailored to client/project needs.

Strong Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and builders to enhance our market reach and sales.

Sales Growth Ideas: Evaluate some new ideas for the enhancement of sales and material reach.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with previous customers and provide continuous technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Presentations & Seminars: Conduct technical presentations and seminars for prospective clients, consultants, and contractors and builders.

Sales Growth in Educational & Banks Sectors: Try to in-list a company's profile and done presentations over the systems and try to grab the direct business from educational institutions such as school, colleges universities and bank sector.

Keeping Track of Market Trends: Track market trends and developments in the civil construction industry to anticipate upcoming opportunities.

Maintenance of Records: Maintain detailed records of site visits, client communication, project progress, and related technical documentation.

Database: Organize and update a comprehensive database with all relevant departmental information.

Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction/Urban Engineering.

• Professional proficiency in English and Urdu, both in written and verbal forms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail, organization and taking initiative.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
