Role Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC-R, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical sales support, and delivering tailored HVAC-R solutions. You will work closely with clients to promote and sell products such as compressors, refrigerant gases, and heating and cooling controls. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering within the HVAC-R industry
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey technical solutions
• Ability to provide Technical Support and address product inquiries effectively
• Relevant knowledge in sales processes and customer relationship management
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in HVAC-R systems or components sales is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
