Hamdard Pakistan seeks a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the Karachi market. This role requires managing a team of five sales professionals to drive growth, expand market share, and meet sales targets. The successful candidate will utilize strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of territory management to develop effective sales strategies that align with the companys objectives. With at least three years of sales experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, the manager will guide their team to achieve consistent results while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Territory Sales Manager plays a critical role in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. They will coordinate planning and execution of sales drives, provide coaching and leadership to the sales team, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The position demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic market conditions to maximize revenue and strengthen Hamdard Pakistans presence in the region.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a sales team of five members to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the Karachi market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans tailored to the territorys characteristics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage sales records, prepare presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
