Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Consultant, located in Karāchi. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for designing and coordinating personalized travel itineraries, organizing guided tours, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their travel experiences. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, providing expert advice on destinations, managing bookings and reservations, and addressing customer inquiries promptly. The individual will also work closely with vendors and service providers to secure seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

 

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting to design and deliver exceptional travel experiences.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry, including destinations, travel products, and services.
• Ability to manage bookings, schedules, and travel logistics effectively and efficiently.
• Proficiency in relevant travel-related software and systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or a degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
