Trainee

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in Karāchi. The Trainee will support daily operations, assisting teams in managing logistics processes such as cargo tracking, documentation preparation, and coordination with clients and partners. Responsibilities include assisting with research, ensuring compliance with shipping procedures, and learning about various logistics services offered by the company. The Trainee will also gain hands-on experience in communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
 

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with teams and clients
• Basic knowledge or interest in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields
• Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt to new challenges
• Previous internship or experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory)
• Enthusiasm for professional growth in the logistics and shipping industry
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
