UI/UX Designer (3+ Years Experience) — 6-Month Contract, Remote (Pakistan)

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Lahore office for in-person collaboration with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, responsive user interfaces for web applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
• Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Produce design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (research through to final UI)
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools)
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI patterns
• Experience designing for component-based frontends
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and usability heuristics
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Lahore for team meetings and developer collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems or token-based theming
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (enough to communicate effectively with developers)
• Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience designing for SaaS
