About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Umrah Consultant to join our team on-site in Karachi. You will be responsible for guiding pilgrims, designing tailored Umrah packages, managing flight and hotel bookings, and ensuring a smooth, spiritually fulfilling journey from inquiry to return.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and email regarding Umrah packages and visa requirements.

Design customized and group Umrah itineraries, including flight ticketing, hotel reservations in Makkah and Madinah, and ground transportation.
Guide clients through Umrah visa processing, necessary documentation, and Saudi travel guidelines.
Coordinate with ground handling teams and suppliers to confirm seamless logistics (ziyarat, transfers, check-ins).
Provide pre-departure briefings, itinerary walkthroughs, and responsive on-ground support to resolve traveler queries.

Maintain clear client records, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
1–3 years of proven experience as an Umrah / Religious Tourism Consultant or Travel Sales Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of Umrah visa policies, Makkah & Madinah hotel sectors, and ground transfer logistics.
Hands-on experience with GDS (Sabre / Travelport) and travel booking portals is a strong plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Ability to work on-site at our Karachi office.
