Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division for an Umrah Travel Consultant. The consultant will assist clients in planning and managing their Umrah travel, covering tasks such as itinerary preparation, travel bookings, reservations, and ensuring seamless arrangements. Responsibilities include offering personalized customer service, handling visa processing, and organizing travel documents, while meeting the high standards of service excellence associated with the Travelution brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred)
• Certification in IATA/UFTAA or related travel courses is a plus
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Umrah/Hajj travel consultancy

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processing, and Saudi travel regulations
• Experience in handling Umrah clients and complete booking procedures
• Excellent communication and customer dealing skills
• Ability to guide clients regarding documentation and travel plans
• Familiarity with airline ticketing systems and hotel bookings
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems)

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience with Saudi Umrah portals (Nusuk, etc.)
• Arabic language skills (basic or fluent)
• Existing client network in Umrah travel
