Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karāchi for an Upwork Bidder. The primary responsibilities include creating compelling proposals on the Upwork platform, identifying and bidding on suitable projects for the company, managing client communication, and ensuring bids align with the company’s goals and strategies. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, tracking the progress of proposals, and continuously improving proposal writing and submission strategies.

Qualifications 

• Proficiency in creating persuasive proposals, strong knowledge of Upwork bidding, and understanding client requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify suitable projects and understand market trends
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms and tools, including project management software
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
• Relevant experience in freelancing platforms or business development is a plus
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
