THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Video Editor to join our Karachi team. You’ll be cutting and crafting video content across formats — from punchy short-form social clips to polished brand films and high-performing ad creatives — for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a full-time, on-site role for the evening shift. We are not considering hybrid or remote applicants.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Edit short-form video content for social platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — fast-paced, platform-native, and scroll-stopping
• Edit long-form videos including YouTube content, brand films, testimonials, and explainer videos
• Create and edit video ad creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to elevate content quality
• Handle color grading and audio mixing to ensure polished, professional output
• Collaborate closely with the social media and strategy teams to align video content with client brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines without compromising quality
• Maintain an organized asset library and follow efficient file management practices
• Stay current with video trends, editing styles, and platform-specific best practices

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• A solid portfolio demonstrating versatility across short-form, long-form, and ad content
• Good eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Experience with color grading and audio cleanup/mixing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to take and action creative feedback

BONUS POINTS

• Proficiency in CapCut for quick social-first edits
• Basic motion design or 2D animation skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Audition or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
• Understanding of digital marketing and what makes video content convert
