ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Videographer and Photographer whose primary strength is creating high-performing short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.

You understand what makes a Reel stop the scroll — and you can execute it consistently at a professional standard. Product and lifestyle photography is your secondary responsibility.

You will work from briefs prepared by the Content Strategist and report to the Creative Director.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Short-Form Video Production

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and TikToks as your primary daily output
• Capture multiple angles, hooks, and variations in a single shoot session
• Execute strong pacing, transitions, and an engaging first 2–3 seconds on every piece
• Set up professional lighting independently for every shoot — no reliance on auto or ambient only
• Operate gimbal or stabilization equipment for smooth cinematic movement
• Direct models and subjects during shoots to get the performance the brief requires
• Deliver fully edited, colour corrected content within 24–48 hours of shoot

2. Product & Lifestyle Photography

• Shoot all product catalogue content for Shopify — clean, consistent, multiple angles
• Execute lifestyle and model shoots from the strategist's mood boards and shoot briefs
• Deliver professionally edited and colour corrected images within 48–72 hours

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of professional experience shooting brand content — fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle
• Strong short-form video portfolio showing real brand work — not personal or passion projects
• Professional video editing proficiency — Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or equivalent
• Able to set up and operate professional lighting rigs independently
• Gimbal operation experience for smooth video movement
• Comfortable directing models and subjects on camera without a separate director
• Fast and reliable — content calendars depend on your turnaround

Good to have:

• Experience shooting specifically for Pakistani fashion or e-commerce brands
• Basic colour grading beyond standard presets
• Understanding of trending audio and format styles on Instagram and TikTok

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Thinks in performance first, aesthetics second — you ask "will this stop the scroll" before "does this look beautiful"
• Produces multiple strong content pieces in a single shoot session
• Executes briefs independently without constant direction
• Balances speed with quality — fast turnaround is non-negotiable
• An active daily user of Instagram and TikTok who genuinely understands both platforms
• Must have at least 2 years shooting for a fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brand

NOT FOR YOU IF

• Your portfolio is wedding, event, or portrait photography
• You shoot exclusively on mobile with no professional lighting setup
• You cannot edit video to a professional standard
• You are freelancing and plan to continue taking outside clients during working hours
• You are looking for this role as a base while maintaining a parallel freelance career
• You prefer creative freedom over structured brief-based execution

HOW TO APPLY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
