Visa Processing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate communication with existing clients through official groups, email, and messaging platforms.
• Request, receive, and organize required documents from clients in accordance with case requirements.
• Prepare and process various visa and application cases under defined guidelines and timelines.
• Address client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client cases, documentation status, and follow-ups.
• Conduct basic research on visa policies, procedural updates, and relevant immigration or education-related news.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and compliance with organizational standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of client information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Basic understanding of documentation handling and case processing.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, online portals).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in a consultancy, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving procedures and regulations.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
