Warehouse Executive

At Melbrew Coffee, we're crafting more than great coffee - we're building a brand people love. We are looking for a sharp, organized Warehouse Executive who can keep our inventory tight, our systems accurate, and our supply chain running like clockwork.

Your Daily Brew:

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations, tracking every stock movement in and out with precision
• Keep SAP updated in real-time - stock entries, goods receipts, dispatches, and inventory reports
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations, catching discrepancies before they become problems
• Organize warehouse storage using FIFO/FEFO practices to keep our coffee and materials fresh and accounted for
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth, on-time dispatch and airtight documentation

Are You the One?

• Detail-obsessed and numbers-driven - nothing gets past you
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, ideally in FMCG or F&B
• Proficient in SAP modules - non-negotiable
• Comfortable with Excel for tracking and reporting
• Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Strong communicator who works well across teams
• Ready to be on the floor, hands-on, when the job calls for it

Working Days: 6 days/ week

Location: Karachi (DHA Phase VIII)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
