Warehouse Officer

Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Officer to manage pharmaceutical warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control, ensuring proper material handling, and supporting audit processes. This role demands hands-on experience in managing warehouse systems and dispensing materials according to batch requirements while strictly following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position is located in Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and execute necessary inventory adjustments.
- Monitor inventory norms and process stock adjustments in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Operate and maintain warehouse management systems or ERP software effectively.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply rigorously with GMP guidelines.
- Dispense materials according to batch requirements while maintaining GMP standards.
- Handle warehouse adjustments, maintain accurate documentation, and control material status.
- Implement and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices.
- Provide support during internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GMP-compliant warehouse operations.
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management.
- Proven experience in inventory control, dispensing, and warehouse system operations.
