Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer who can build and scale modern, search-optimized websites. This role combines development, SEO, and AI-search awareness to create high-performing websites designed to rank across multiple U.S. cities. You will be working on a multi-site project, building structured, repeatable website frameworks that balance performance, usability, and search visibility. This role is ideal for developers who understand that modern websites are built not just for users, but also for search engines and AI-driven discovery. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, scalable environment with a focus on long-term performance.

Responsibilities
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive websites using Bootstrap 5
• Build and structure 25+ pages per website across multiple domain
• Implement on-page and local SEO strategies (city-based targeting)
• Create and integrate FAQ sections (25+ questions) optimised for Google and AI search (schema markup, structured data)
• Develop reusable templates and systems to scale across ~30 websites
• Optimize images (minimum 12 per page) for performance and SEO
• Manage internal linking, metadata, and page structure for rankings
• Ensure fast-loading, mobile-friendly, SEO-compliant websites
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency
• Strong experience with Bootstrap 5 and responsive web development
• Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO
• Experience with schema markup / structured data (FAQ, rich results)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., ChatGPT or similar tools)
• Ability to build scalable and repeatable website structures
• Strong attention to detail and performance optimization
• Experience working on multi-site or SEO-driven projects
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies (U.S. market preferred)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Basic understanding of content structuring for search
• Job Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (5:30 pm to 2:30 am PKT)
• Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
• Perform regular website testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure fast loading times and minimal downtime.
• Keep up to date with the latest web development technologies, SEO trends, and best practices to consistently improve website quality.
• Document development processes and update technical specifications as necessary to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
