We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admin & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while also engaging Warehouse activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong sales acumen.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Must have good communication skills
Can perform daily admin task like invoicing / customer follow up and must have knowledge of order processing
Experience in setup retail shop like branding or work with contractor will add points
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, deliver)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Complete diary logs into inventory report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Must have good command in Excel and ERP application
