Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP.
Collect and consolidate financial data from subsidiaries and ensure accurate reporting.
Perform intercompany eliminations and reconcile intercompany balances.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for financial audits.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data across subsidiariesqualifications & Skills:ACCA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification
3-4 years of experience in financial consolidation, accounting, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and IFRS/GAAP standards.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
