Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative and clerical support to staff and management.
  • Communication: Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records, both physical and digital.
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Data Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Financial Tasks: Assisting with invoicing, budget tracking, and other financial tasks.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
