Currently we are looking for the post of “Administrative Executive”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative operations.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain schedules.
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office cleanliness and ensure a professional work environment.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with office administration and document management.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Mon to Fri (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM)

Alternate Saturday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
