The Duties shall consist of but are not limited to:
1. Support the CEO of Pakistan in the implementation of HR initiatives and systems across the organization.
2. Advise and guide employees on company policies and procedures.
3. Lead recruitment efforts, including job description creation, ad postings, and the hiring process.
4. Develop and execute effective onboarding plans for new hires.
5. Lead training and development programs.
6. Support the CEO of Pakistan in performance management activities and employee evaluations.
7. Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
8. Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in line with company policies and legal requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
10. Oversee the company's global CSR activities, i.e., the ManuCare Project, and ensure its successful execution.
11. Supervise the administrative staff at the Head Office and provide support where necessary.
12. Handle local procurement activities.
13. Collaborate with the CEO of Pakistan to design and execute HR strategy, leveraging industry best practices.
14. Ensure adherence to the Companyโs Code of Conduct in interactions with employees, customers, and government officials.
15. Lead the hiring process for Field Assistants in the assigned region.
16. Provide leadership to employees based in Pakistan and ensure alignment with company goals.
17. Lead employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
