Position: Manager Adminstration
Location: DHA Phase 8 Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office functions for smooth operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Plan and manage company events.
- Supervise and train administrative staff for high performance.
- Provide administrative assistance to visitors as needed.
- Manage office budget and track expenses for cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
- Monitor maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage office staff to maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Identify and select vendors for office supplies and services.
- Provide first-level IT troubleshooting and support.
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Education and Experience:
- Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in office administration
- Preferably Masterโs degree from an accredited institute.
