We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive – Outdoor Sales to drive local sales for our services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B service sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with potential clients face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outdoor sales visits to engage potential local clients and promote Vurke’s HR and outsourcing solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals with businesses.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored service solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Represent Vurke at local business events, networking meetings, and industry gatherings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B service sales, preferably in HR services, outsourcing, or corporate solutions.
Strong knowledge of HR and business outsourcing solutions, such as payroll, EOR, and back-office services.
Fluent in English and local language, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in outdoor sales – ability to meet clients in person, present solutions, and close deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and business development.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with business owners, HR professionals, and corporate executives.
Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
