Client Relationship Officer

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting in resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Handle client inquiries and provide timely support

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services

Maintain client records and follow up regularly
