As a Customer Service Specialist, your mission is simple but impactful—reach out to potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and spark interest in the world of real estate. Don’t worry, there’s no selling involved—just pure engagement and rapport-building with people who are ready to explore what real estate has to offer.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage: Reach out to potential clients through cold calling to start real conversations.
• Build Relationships: Foster genuine connections and establish trust with potential clients.
• Spark Interest: Share exciting real estate opportunities and get people excited about what we have to offer.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to make sure the client’s journey is seamless and successful.
• Track and Report: Keep an organized record of interactions, feedback, and progress as you work towards hitting your engagement targets.
