This position is responsbile to handle PR/PO Process and Capitalisation

Functional Competencies

Area Of Responsibilities

PR/PO:-

 

• Check PR and PO compliance as per approved check list
• Check SC SOP followed in all process
• Prepare TAT report
• Discussion with User (PR creator) on quantities required and their criticality.
• Discussion with SC for rates, PB, warranties, and payment terms etc.
  
   

Capitalization

Extraction of data from SAP

 

• Send extracted data to user for Asset Class, Asset tag, useful life.
• Check information provided by user.
• Portal above data for approval from Plant and BF for Capitalization
• After approval from Plant and BF end create asset as per Asset Class
• After creation of Asset in SAP capitalize the asset.
