Social Media Ads Specialist + Video/Graphic Designer – Bahrain Company

Job Description

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and competencies in video editing tools like CapCut, along with graphic design platforms such as Canva. You will be required to create multiple high-impact advertisements daily, stay current with social media trends, and develop content tailored specifically for e-commerce. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the specialist will play an essential individual contributor role in driving campaign success. Selected applicants will undergo a paid remote trial before the opportunity for relocation to Bahrain and full-time employment with Sasa Souq.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage, create, and optimize high-performing social media advertising campaigns on Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram to increase e-commerce sales.
• Design eye-catching product photos and social media graphics to support advertising efforts and boost engagement.
• Edit and produce professional-quality product videos, Reels, and short-form advertisements using relevant video editing software.
• Continuously test and analyze different creative approaches to improve campaign performance based on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Monitor and report on the performance analytics of advertising campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Develop content specifically designed to appeal to e-commerce customers, incorporating current social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives and promotional schedules.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow by producing multiple new ad creatives daily to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
• Stay updated with advancements in social media advertising tools and platforms to maintain cutting-edge campaign tactics.
