Customer Service Representative

Ace Marketing is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
 

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using call center software and other tools.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed set performance goals and targets.
• Demonstrate strong time management to handle multiple tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products during customer interactions.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and compliance.
