Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is hiring an International Sales & Customer Success Specialist in Karachi. The role involves assisting US-based clients through calls and chats, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Shift Timings: 06:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)

Base Salary: Rs. 100,000k, + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 130K - 150K) based on performance and the value you bring to the team. We recognize and reward talent and great work.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Handle high-volume calls/chats from US customers and resolve inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service.
• Use CRM and other support software while handling customers.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent.
• Minimum Matric/O Levels; Bachelor’s is a plus.
• 18+ and basic computer/MS Office skills required.
• Customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
