We’re expanding our Customer Support Team and looking for talented professionals to join us in Karachi.

Open Roles:
1. Email Support Specialist (Rotational Shifts)

2. Customer Support Specialist – Chat & Call (Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer queries across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
• Deliver exceptional support via email, chat, and calls
• Handle order inquiries, returns, refunds, and escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
✔ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, or Temu is a plus

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
