Location: DHA Phase 6, Nishat Commercial, Karachi
Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dedicated individual to handle both customer support and order fulfillment with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Position: Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone in a courteous and timely manner
• Manage order-related queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally
• Accurately pack customer orders for dispatch with attention to detail
• Coordinate with the courier service to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain stockroom organization and assist in basic inventory tasks
• Provide daily reports to the team regarding customer feedback and order status

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
• Responsible and detail-oriented, especially when handling orders
• Prior experience in either customer service or order packing is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently
