Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing interactive dashboards, troubleshooting data-related issues, and generating management information (MI) reports for stakeholders, executives, and directors. Your expertise in MS SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Power BI, and data visualization will be essential in delivering insightful and actionable business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage MS SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Power BI, and MS Excel to design and deliver comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Develop and manage ad-hoc reports to meet business needs and support decision-making processes.
• SQL Development: Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to efficiently extract and manipulate data.
• Data Visualization: Create engaging and informative data visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular data validation and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Extraction and Integration: Extract and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and seamless flow across systems.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive business performance.
• Presentation and Communication: Present data insights and findings to various stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, tailoring communication to different audiences.

Experience:

• Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Strong data manipulation skills in advanced Excel
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Understanding of handling sensitive and confidential data
• Familiarity with data import/export processes.
