Job Title : Data Entry Officer - Supply Chain Operations

1st Step Shoes & Bag's is seeking a Data Entry Officer for Supply Chain Operation's is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining supply chain data in the company's ERP system and databases. The role supports procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations by ensuring timely and error-free data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse data.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Generate routine reports related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of supply chain records.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Perform data cleaning and regular database updates.
• Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigne

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates with excellent computer skills may also be considered.
