Role Description The Delivery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of general items, cleaning agents, and equipment to clients. This role includes coordinating delivery schedules, preparing orders, verifying documentation, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. The Delivery Specialist will track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and support integration of new clients into existing delivery processes. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with warehouse staff, maintaining basic inventory records, and upholding safety and quality standards during loading, transport, and handover. The role requires a strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
 

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client interactions professionally and resolve delivery-related concerns.
• Experience or aptitude in Recruiting and integration-related activities to support onboarding of delivery personnel or new client accounts.
• Proven Teamwork skills, including collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes and familiarity with inventory tracking or delivery management tools.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deliveries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous experience in delivery, dispatch, or customer-facing operational roles is preferred but not strictly required.
