Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site dispatch rider role based in Karachi. The dispatch rider will be responsible for safely collecting and delivering IT equipment, documents, and small packages between company locations, vendors, and clients. Daily tasks include planning delivery routes, ensuring timely drop-offs and pick-ups, maintaining accurate delivery records, and obtaining necessary signatures and confirmations. The role also involves performing basic vehicle or motorcycle checks, reporting any issues, and following all traffic and safety regulations. The dispatch rider will collaborate closely with the operations and logistics team to prioritize deliveries and support smooth day-to-day business activities.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns within Karachi, with effective time management and planning skills.
• Ability to handle packages and documents carefully, maintain delivery logs, and follow clear instructions from the operations team.
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Valid motorcycle or vehicle driving license, with a clean driving record and adherence to road safety rules.
• Physical ability to ride and handle deliveries for extended periods, including lifting and carrying moderate loads.
• Reliability, punctuality, and integrity, with a focus on safeguarding company property and confidential information.
• Previous experience as a dispatch rider, courier, or in a logistics role is an advantage.
• Basic familiarity with mobile phones or navigation tools for route planning and communication.
