We are looking for an experienced Production Head – eCommerce Platform Management to oversee and optimize our clients' operations on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, ensuring seamless performance, growth, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end operations of Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify stores for multiple clients.
Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability.
Implement and maintain key eCommerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataDive, and Sellerboard for better decision-making.
Ensure smooth operations across all client platforms, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Work closely with marketing, PPC, and SEO teams to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall store performance.
Stay updated on eCommerce trends, marketplace policies, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and growth.
Analyze data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations and drive business expansion.

Who You Are

Experienced in managing large-scale eCommerce operations, including store creation, scaling, and upscaling.
Technically proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify Apps.
Skilled in troubleshooting and improving platform performance, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Data-driven with an analytical mindset, able to use insights for decision-making and growth strategies.
A strong leader who can manage teams, delegate responsibilities, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
