Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
