Front Desk Receptionist

Looking for a stable night-shift role where your organizational and people skills make a real difference? Join our team as the first point of contact for our office during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors during the night shift
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
• Coordinate with night-shift staff and management on daily needs
• Handle basic administrative tasks (scheduling, courier handling, data entry)
• Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized throughout the shift

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum matric or intermediate education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently during these hours (6 PM–6 AM)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Own arrangement for commute, as transportation is not provided

Compensation:

• PKR 30,000 – 45,000 per month, based on experience.
• Allowance: 3K - Punctuality Allowance
• Transportation: Not Provided
