Traventure is seeking a highly professional, well-organized, and multitasking Travel Sales, HR & Administration Executive to manage travel sales while supporting HR coordination, front desk operations, and office administration.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the travel industry and be capable of independently handling travel sales, customer relationship management, visa consultation, airline ticketing, holiday packages, HR support, and day-to-day office administration in a fast-paced professional environment.
This role requires an individual who can confidently manage client inquiries, contribute to business growth, maintain efficient office operations, and provide administrative support to Management.
Key Responsibilities Travel Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Handle sales and consultation for:
- Global Visa Services
- Airline Ticketing
- Domestic & International Holiday Packages
- Corporate Travel Management
- Hotel Reservations
- Travel Insurance
- Other Travel Services
- Convert walk-in clients, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and proposals.
- Upsell and cross-sell Traventure's travel services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records.
HR & Administration
- Manage reception and front desk professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp communications, and visitor coordination.
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and HR administrative activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate office administration, vendors, and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a travel agency or travel management company.
- Strong practical experience in:
- Global Visa Services
- Airline Ticketing
- Holiday Packages
- Travel Sales
- Customer Relationship Management
- Experience using Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS systems will be an advantage.
- Experience in HR coordination, administration, front desk, or office management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of international travel procedures and visa documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
