We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Full-Time Remote Social Media Content Creator to manage our social media presence and help grow our real estate brand

. Platforms You Will Manage:

* TikTok

* Instagram

* Facebook

Responsibilities:

* Create and manage daily content across all social media platforms.

* Use CapCut templates (and similar editing apps) to assemble engaging, high-quality videos. * Explore trending templates, editing styles, and content ideas to keep our videos fresh and engaging.

* Research successful real estate creators and competitors to identify effective hooks, trends, and content strategies.

* Write compelling video hooks, captions, and complete scripts for future videos.

* Find interesting real estate properties suitable for content.

* Coordinate and book properties for video shoots

. * Prepare a content plan before each shoot, including video ideas, scripts, and hooks.

* Suggest new content ideas regularly and stay up to date with social media trends.

* Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries across all social media platforms.

* Create and publish property listings on Facebook Marketplace and other relevant online marketplaces.

* Ensure content quality remains consistently high.

Daily Target: Our goal is to publish up to 10 videos per day across our platforms.

We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, and able to maintain a high standard of content while working efficiently. Requirements:

* Experience managing social media accounts.

* Experience using CapCut and other short-form video editing applications.

* Excellent creativity and storytelling skills.

* Strong research skills for finding trends, viral hooks, and engaging content ideas.

* Good English communication and writing skills.

* Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet daily deadlines.

* Experience creating engaging short-form video content and growing social media pages is an advantage. Position Details:

* Position: Full-Time (Remote)
