Senior Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong social media management skills, a good understanding of trends, AI tools, and the ability to create basic visual content using Canva and CapCut.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and ensure timely publishing of content according to the marketing calendar.
• Identify and leverage trending topics, formats, and industry-relevant content opportunities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Create basic social media graphics, stories, reels, and short-form content when required.
• Monitor audience engagement, messages, comments, and overall brand reputation.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all social media platforms.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social media trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Utilize AI tools for content planning, research, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Support event, exhibition, conference, and corporate marketing campaigns through effective social media management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
• Proficiency in Canva for basic graphic designing and social media creatives.
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut for basic video editing, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in B2B marketing, exhibitions, conferences, events, or corporate communications will be preferred.

Position: Full-Time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
